Kitchen remodeling options

How it works
A kitchen has to survive dinner on a Tuesday and a house full of people on the weekend. We rebuild the layout first, then the cabinets, surfaces, and lighting that sit on top of it. You get labor and material numbers before anyone swings a hammer. Clear planning, honest timelines, and direct communication from the first walkthrough to the final punch.
We measure the room, look at what is behind the walls, and talk through what annoys you about the kitchen you have. Plumbing and electrical get checked here, because that is what moves a budget later.
We map the new plan and price it against real cabinet, counter, and appliance choices. You see options at a few price points before anything gets ordered.
If the scope needs a permit, we file it. Long-lead items like cabinets and stone go on order early so the schedule is never waiting on a truck.
The old kitchen comes out. Framing, plumbing, electrical, and any structural change happen while the walls are open, and inspections get scheduled around them.
Cabinets, counters, tile, fixtures, paint. We walk the room with you at the end and fix the small stuff before we call it done.

FAQ
Start with how you cook, how much storage you need, and whether the layout has to move. We walk the room with you, check plumbing and electrical, and price the real scope before demolition.
Semi-custom uses configurable cabinet lines and finish options that still fit your room. Fully custom builds cabinetry and layout from scratch around your exact plan. Both can look high-end. The difference is how much of the box is made for your space.
Most kitchens run six to twelve weeks on site once materials have landed. Cabinet lead time is usually the long pole, so we order early and give you a date range after the walkthrough.
Cosmetic swaps usually do not. Moving plumbing, gas, or electrical does, and so does taking out a wall. We tell you which bucket your project falls in before you commit.
It comes down to size, whether the layout moves, and what you pick for cabinets and stone. We price your actual scope after the walkthrough rather than quoting a range that means nothing.
