Roofing services

How it works
Most roof failures start at the details. Flashing, valleys, and penetrations leak long before the field of the roof gives up. We price the whole system, tear off to the deck when the deck needs a look, and show you what we find up there. The goal is a roof that protects the house and still looks right from the street.
We get on the roof, check the deck, flashing, and any soft spots, and photograph what we find. You see the same pictures we do.
Composition, tile, flat, or a mix. We spec underlayment and flashing alongside the surface material, since that is where the money is well spent.
Re-roofs are permitted in most LA cities. We file, then schedule around weather and your household.
Old material comes off and the deck gets inspected. Rot and bad sheathing get replaced before anything goes back down.
Underlayment, flashing, and finish material go on in order. We magnet-sweep the property and haul everything out.
What's included

Underlayment, flashing, and finish material priced together so nothing critical gets skipped.

The deck gets checked once the old roof is off. Soft spots get repaired before new material goes down.

FAQ
Composite shingles, tile, metal, and flat or hot mop systems. We match the system to your structure, neighborhood rules, and budget.
A typical single-family composition roof is two to five days. Tile and flat systems take longer, and deck repair adds time we can only scope once the old material is off.
Often, yes. If the field is sound and the problem is flashing or a few broken tiles, a repair is the honest answer and we will say so.
Check for loose or missing shingles after storms, watch for interior water stains, keep gutters clear, and clear debris from valleys. Call us if you see sagging, soft spots, or active leaks.
Sun and heat cycling do more damage here than rain. We lean toward higher-temperature-rated underlayment and surface materials that do not cook, then match what your neighborhood or HOA allows.
