3. Information on the site

Cost ranges, timelines, and permit notes on this site are general guidance for Los Angeles area homes. They are not a quote. Your price, schedule, and permit path are set in writing after we walk your property.

Some images on the site are illustrations of the kind of work we do. Photos on project pages are from our own jobs.

4. Requests and quotes

Sending a form or booking a walkthrough does not create a contract. A project starts only when both sides sign a written agreement that meets California home improvement contract rules, including your right to cancel within three business days where the law allows it.

5. Using the site

Please do not:

• Send false or someone else's contact details.
• Send spam, malware, or automated form submissions.
• Try to access the admin area or other systems you are not allowed into.
• Copy our photos, text, or project content for commercial use without written permission.
